This privacy policy covers AGIRA, the rooftop parkour action game published by AlvinApps.
Who we are
AlvinApps publishes AGIRA. You can contact us about privacy or support at alvinapps21@gmail.com. AGIRA does not require a player account or sign-in. It uses advertisements to support the game.
Information used by the game
AGIRA saves progress, earned drones, owned weapons and characters, upgrade levels, equipped items, completed sectors, tutorial progress and settings on your device. The game does not provide its own cloud-save or player-account service. Android backup and restore, where enabled, are controlled by your device and Google settings.
The game does not ask for your name, email address or payment details to play. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or GPS location. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include; we use that correspondence to respond and handle your request.
Local diagnostic logs can contain gameplay events and technical errors. AGIRA's gameplay telemetry currently writes to device logs rather than a developer-operated analytics server. Advertising providers have their own reporting and diagnostics described below.
Advertising and third-party services
AGIRA uses Appodeal for advertising mediation, with Google AdMob, AppLovin, BidMachine and Unity Ads integrations. Depending on the ad served, your device, region and consent choices, these services may receive:
- Advertising ID, app-set or other device identifiers, IP address and network information.
- Device model, operating system, app version, language and technical performance information.
- Ad impressions, clicks, video views and other app or advertising interactions.
- Diagnostic information, including errors, crashes and performance signals.
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address. AGIRA does not request GPS permission.
These providers use data to deliver and measure advertising, perform analytics, diagnose problems and detect fraud. Data may be shared with advertising partners and processed outside your country. Personalized advertising depends on applicable consent requirements and available privacy controls. Non-personalized ads can still use data needed to deliver, measure and secure advertising.
AGIRA displays banners and interstitial ads, and offers rewarded videos. Rewarded videos are optional for completion bonuses; purchasing a boss character requires the disclosed rewarded video as well as earned in-game drones. AGIRA does not currently sell items for real money.
Read the providers' privacy policies for their processing, retention, international transfers and privacy-request procedures:

For more information about AppLovin's collection and use of your information, visit AppLovin's privacy policy.
Privacy choices and rights
Where required, the advertising SDK presents a consent message. You can choose the available options in that message. Android's advertising settings also allow you to reset or delete your Advertising ID and manage advertising privacy; the exact menu depends on your Android version.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. Contact us or the relevant provider using its privacy links above. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Advertising-related disclosures may constitute sharing or sale under some privacy laws even when the publisher does not directly sell a customer list. We do not claim that advertising SDKs collect no personal data.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Clearing storage removes progress, drones and owned items from that installation. Device backups may restore data unless removed or disabled separately.
To request help with personal-data access or deletion, email alvinapps21@gmail.com with the subject “AGIRA privacy request”. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive details. We will assess your request and may ask for information needed to identify the relevant data. Advertising providers retain their data under their own policies; uninstalling AGIRA does not automatically erase records already held by them. Their privacy links above provide direct request routes.
Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle the request and applicable legal obligations. There is no AGIRA player account to delete.
Audience
AGIRA is intended for teens aged 13 and older and adults. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Applicable local consent-age rules may differ.
Security and changes
No storage or network system is completely secure. The advertising providers describe their safeguards in their policies. Local saves should not be treated as encrypted personal-data storage. We do not promise that uninstalling the game deletes third-party data.
We will update this page and its date when our practices change, and provide any additional notice required by applicable law. This policy explains data practices; it does not create a separate player-account agreement.
